Maintenance & Janitorial

At Prestigious Property Management Services, LLC, we offer maintenance and janitorial services to ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of your community. We maintain and train janitorial and maintenance staff to meet your community’s specific needs. Our team assesses and completes work orders on a daily basis, improving the appearance and operation of your common areas. We also conduct regular inspections to identify any current or future projects that need to be presented for consideration.

Financial Management

At Prestigious Property Management Services, LLC, we offer comprehensive financial management services. We assist in preparing the annual budget with input from the board of directors and/or budget committee. We handle the collection, deposit, and posting of all owner payments received. We provide a monthly accounts receivable report to the board and submit all invoices for approval. Additionally, we prepare checks for signatures by designated board members.

Accounting & Bookkeeping

At Prestigious Property Management Services, LLC, we provide comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping services. This includes maintaining owners’ records and accounts, distributing statements of accounts, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, budgeting, coordinating annual audits and reviews required by law, preparing full-service financial statements, handling payroll including quarterly and annual reporting, and conducting reserve studies.

Administrative Services

At Prestigious Property Management Services, LLC, we provide comprehensive administrative services to ensure smooth operations for your community. This includes preparing and distributing all owner correspondences required by community documents, maintaining a current list of owners’ contact information, attending board meetings and preparing comprehensive board packets, and handling architectural control and enforcement. We also enforce all rules and regulations as directed by the board to maintain a harmonious community environment.

LCAM Training Certification

At Prestigious Property Management Services, LLC, we offer a convenient training program to help you earn your Florida LCAM certification. Our classes are designed to prepare you for the Florida CAM state exam, which is a multiple-choice format with 100 questions. In order to pass the exam, you need a score of 75.
